Private Yoga sessions

Private yoga allows you to work in an intimate and thorough way that may not be possible in group classes. I tailor private sessions to my clients’ needs and goals. Our sessions will be a collaborative exchange with class themes, sequences, and adjustments designed specifically for you, your body, and your practice. We will work with props in illuminating ways, devote time on breath practices and specific alignment cues, and designate time to nurturing the areas of your practice that are most important to you.

These sessions are available in-person in NYC. Virtual sessions are also available.
